A: We guarantee our goods are 100% authentic, we do not sell variants/copies or fakes. - Do your items come with swing/paper tags?
A: We cannot guarantee swing/rrp tags will be included. - Do your items have the labels intact and unmarked?
A: Yes all goods unless stated otherwise have all the labels intact and unmarked - What payment methods do you accept?

A: We will replace or refund any faulty goods. - Do you send out samples?
A: Yes we do, however the price is much higher for small sample quantities. - How long have you been in business?
A: Since 1989. - Are your goods Grade A?
A: Yes unless stated otherwise all goods are Grade A. - Do you ship in individual polybags?
A: We normally ship in 1/2 big polybags depending on the quantity in the box. - Can I use your photos?
A: Sorry we cannot allow this due to problems in the past.
