Shipping / Tracking
We ship using EMS.
Your consignment will be shipped within 48/72 working hours after payment has cleared,
depending on our current workload this time may be slightly longer or shorter.
A tracking number will be supplied as soon as goods are shipped (full online tracking available)
Confirmation emails are sent to you all throughout the ordering process.
Import Duties and Tax
By law we cannot ship goods as "samples" or "gifts" like many wholesalers do, samples have to be mutilated in some way and gifts have to be individually gift wrapped, however we do declare a much lower value on the export paperwork so in the event (50/50 chance) that duties have to be paid then they are kept to a min.
Please do not be put off by duties we do are utmost to keep them (if applicable) to a bare minimum and most of the time you wont have to pay duties anyhow:-)
The recipient is responsible for any taxes, duties, or brokerage fees if applicable.
